With over 30 years’ experience, Michelle Egan, the president of JME Advisors, is a leader in law firm talent management. Most recently, she served as the Managing Director for Talent Development at O’Melveny & Myers LLP.  During her 18+ year tenure, the firm experienced strong attorney engagement and retention. Additionally, Michelle developed highly regarded training and development programs and institutionalized the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
