Courtney has been a legal industry professional for almost two decades. After practicing law in Am Law 50 firms, she led career services and related programs for over 10 years most recently as the Assistant Dean of Academic Planning and Career Development at New York Law School. She and her teams provided professional development programming, resources and counseling to aid students and graduates in the development and execution of their job search strategies.

Today, her encyclopedic knowledge of legal industry trends at the macro and micro level and broad professional network position her clients from law firms to individual attorney to reach ever-increasing heights of career success.
