Irina Gomelskaya, Esq.
Senior Consultant

“I help attorneys reignite their passion for practicing law or discover other meaningful ways to use their J.D. Together, we explore what inspires you, set weekly goals and take concrete steps toward achieving them. I am honored to be your coach and cheerleader all the way to the finish line!”

Irina is a legal industry veteran with close to 20 years of experience in the field. She began her legal career at an Am Law 200 firm a few blocks from Wall Street and spent eight years working on complex financial restructuring matters. In that role, she discovered her talent for mentoring junior associates, particularly young women, as they grappled with work-life balance conundrums.

Today, she has been coaching attorneys for over a decade, helping hundreds of attorneys pursue rewarding careers aligned with their goals and values. She is also the Executive Director of Career Development and Employer Relations at New York Law School, overseeing recruitment and professional development programming for law students and alumni. She combines her warm, compassionate coaching style with action-oriented sessions that drive measurable outcomes.
