Michelle Egan

“My focus is innovating exceptional talent development (TD) and DE&I strategies for global law firms. For firms to be truly extraordinary, TD and DE&I must touch every aspect of the enterprise. This is crucial to not only firm culture, but also to successful client development.”

Michelle’s work with large firms — both in the US and abroad — has given her a keen understanding of organizational behavior and the business challenges unique to the legal industry.
