Monique Burt Williams
Senior Consultant

“I have spent nearly two decades designing transition strategies for high-potential lawyers, and I have never had the same conversation twice. Having worked with thousands of clients, I recognize that no two legal careers are the same. Partnering with a professional development consultant is a deeply personal journey, and I believe in creating space for candor, creativity and a clear path forward.”

—Monique
