Monique Burt Williams
Senior Consultant

“I have spent nearly two decades designing transition strategies for high-potential lawyers, and I have never had the same conversation twice. Having worked with thousands of clients, I recognize that no two legal careers are the same. Partnering with a professional development consultant is a deeply personal journey, and I believe in creating space for candor, creativity and a clear path forward.”

Early in her career working in a prominent litigation boutique and, subsequently, as a leader in the legal division of a Fortune 500 workforce solutions company, Monique developed a deep understanding of the challenges that attorneys and firms face in career advancement, building and retaining diverse workforces, and change management. She developed her consulting practice to address the many challenges organizations face in legal operations and administration, workforce development, and diversifying their teams as they strive to reflect the global economy.

Today, Monique counsels law firms, global corporations and government agencies through complex workforce augmentation and talent management challenges. She also coaches individual attorneys to help them achieve optimal career outcomes. Having spent almost 20 years assessing, hiring, managing and developing top talent across various industries, Monique uses first-hand executive and board experience to offer a unique blend of coaching, mentorship and sponsorship expertise to refine individual and organizational growth strategies — as well as pathways to increasing diversity, equity and inclusion (“DE&I”).
