Susanne Aronowitz, Esq., PCC
Senior Consultant

“I love guiding attorneys and firms through transformation. Despite their professional accomplishments, many of the individuals I work with have felt stuck for some time and are battling inertia and frustration. Working together, we leverage their strengths, using them as a springboard for growth and change.”

—Susanne

Susanne’s passion for consulting with law firms and coaching attorneys began with the realization that she loves the legal industry, but not practicing law. Leaving her practice was a difficult decision, but one that guided her into truly joyful work — and an experience that gives her a profound understanding of the challenges that attorneys face. For close to 20 years, she counseled students and alumni at Golden Gate University School of Law’s career center, and her experience there also informs her coaching and consulting work today.

Heavily involved with industry associations — like the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and the American Bar Association (ABA) — Susanne is uniquely positioned to deliver actionable insights. She also specializes in overcoming imposter syndrome and helping introverted attorneys thrive in law firm environments.
