She formerly worked for a litigation boutique and later joined the legal services division of a Fortune 100 workforce solutions company. While there, she built a consulting practice to address the various concerns of in-house law departments. She was later named CEO of the nation’s largest women-owned search firm for in-house lawyers. Monique has been featured in The American Lawyer, Corporate Counsel, Bloomberg, Above the Law, and Insider for her perspectives on hiring trends in the legal industry.
