Our Story

Beard Strategies was founded with a clear purpose: to help law firms thrive by investing in their people. Guided by Founder and CEO Naomi Beard Nelson, a former large-firm attorney turned consultant with over 18 years of coaching and law firm advisory experience, we bring deep, first-hand knowledge of the legal profession. Naomi’s instinct for identifying client strengths and navigating obstacles has helped countless attorneys and firms achieve ambitious goals, from developing resilient cultures to designing retention strategies and advancing leadership at every level.
