Making a lateral move is always a complicated and stressful task. Susanne understood. She did not simply try to calm me down by saying encouraging words. That would not have worked for me. Rather, she started with asking simple questions, without inserting her own preferences or opinions. Susanne was determined to help me complete my lateral move, but more importantly, she was committed to making my future career successful. The lateral move has concluded, but what she taught me will help me far beyond that.

Associate, Am Law 100 law firm

I highly recommend Susanne to anyone looking to make a career transition.  She was reliable, available, extremely responsive and easy to speak to. She helped me articulate things that I had a hard time putting into words, which improved my branding and interviewing skills. While all transitions can be tough, she made it as seamless as possible. I can’t say enough good things about her.
